Projects
The following are a series of projects where in which I have been the sole compositor/animator working on them:​
Meltdown
Before beginning production on the sequel Meltdown was my largest project to date. Despite being only 6 minutes long, the film contained over 80 VFX and took twice that amount in hours to complete.
Kiva Advert
Kiva "Imagine a World" is an animated advert I both produced and animated. The advert uses a blend of After Effects animation and real world images to create a clean and proffesional looking advert.
Cryptic Escape Introduction
Another Project I produced and animated was an introductory sequence for "Cryptic Escape", a company who host "live escape games" in Norwich.
Meltdown 2
The in-production sequel to Meltdown. Meltdown 2 increased in size and scope from its predecessor at least two times. With it so did the scale of the VFX. The teaser trailer is available to watch with the link above.
Abandoned Hanger
An abandoned hanger with a dropship still inside. Modelled with 3ds Max, Textured with Photoshop and Rendered with V-Ray

ABOUT BEN
Ben has been teaching himself 3D, Editing, Motion Graphics and Compositing skills since the age of 13. Now, aged 19, he has become versed in many a software related to these disciplines including Autodesk 3Ds Max, Adobe After Effects and Vicon's Boujou.

Ben studied Creative Media Production Level 3 at Norwich City College and then went on to briefly work at "The Trailerfarm", a trailer production company in Brighton, before studying Computer Generated Imagery at Southampton Solent University.

All of the projects shown on this site and in Ben's showreel were non-profit and powered through Ben's passion for his craft. Those who hire Ben will be guaranteed the same level of quality and passion

Ben has a trained eye for detail and knows how to make a "good" piece of work look "great".
Ben's primary skills lie in the compositing disapline. Having learnt VFX from the age of 13 Ben has devolped the nessacary "eye" needed for compositing.
All of Ben's projecs are driven by his passion for his work. He loves to work on projects that require creativty and innovation.
2D and 3D Motion Tracking

Retouch and Rotoscoping​
